Terms of use

Last updated 18 October 2026

Template for review. This page has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and may change before launch.

These terms are an agreement between you and Kramo Technologies Private Limited ("Kramo", "we") for the use of the Kramo app and website. By using Kramo you accept them.

Kramo is a business book for traders: voice and typed entries, bills, accounts, stock, reminders and related features. Features marked "Coming next" are not yet available and may change.

You must be at least 18 and use Kramo for a business. You are responsible for your account, your staff's access and keeping your phone and login secure.

  • New shops get a 30-day free pilot with no card. After the pilot you may choose a paid plan. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are exclusive of GST unless stated. Fees are payable in advance for the chosen period and are not refundable for partial periods, except where the law requires.
  • If a payment is overdue, your account may become read-only until it is paid. You can always view and export your data.

Your business records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data at any time.

Kramo turns speech and photos into draft entries and marks values it is unsure about. You must check each bill before sending it. Kramo does not give tax, legal or accounting advice; please consult your CA.

Do not use Kramo for anything unlawful, to send messages your parties have not agreed to receive, or to try to break, copy or overload the service.

We work to keep Kramo available, and entries save on your phone when the network is down. We may change or improve features, and will tell you before a change that reduces what your plan includes.

You can stop using Kramo at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Either way, you can export your data for a reasonable period after the account ends.

Kramo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction. Questions: contact-us@kramo.in, +91 82916 49058.
